Public Beach:
Lake Gervais County Park--2520 Edgerton Street. Little Canada
Swimming is permitted at designated beach areas during regular park hours (1/2 before sunrise &
1/2 before sunset)
The beach doesn't have lifeguard services
Boat Access: This lake is accessed by traveling a navigable channel form Spoon Lake just south and west of Lake Gervais. This lake has surface water use regulations. See rules posted at the access.
Fishing:Fishing on this lake is limited by competition with recreational boaters. Runabout use and water skiing are very popular. There is a fishinig pier and additional pulic shoreline at the public beach located at the southwest conrer of the lake off Edgerton Street.
Species present: Walleye, northern pike, largemouth bass, bluegill, crappie, hybrid muskie, bullhead and yellow perch.
**Winter anglers should use caution when traveling on this lake as it has a history of maintaining open water areas during much of the winter.
Lake Gervais contains Eurasian water milfoil. Remove all visible plant material forom your boat, trailer adnd other boating equipment before leaving the lake. (confirmed in 1995)
