Lake Vadnais
Lake Vadnais consists of an East side and a West side with Sucker Lake Road dividing the lake. The lake is part of Snail Lake Regional Park.

East Vadnais is an integral part of the St. Paul water system and falls within the boundaries of Snail Lake Regional Park. The St. Paul Water Utility controls the access and surface use. Boats and swimming are prohibited. No wading or any inflatable device is allowed.
West Vadnais is very shallow. This lake is one of the few places in the metro with nesting loons.
Adult loons with young are commonly seen here.
Fishing: Shore fishing is allowed in designated areas. No ice fishing allowed.
Lake Vadnais ia a sanctuary for birds and other wildlife: foxes, deer, wild turkeys, mink, muskrat, eagles, loons, ducks, and a variety of birds.
The lake contains Eurasian Water Milfoil.
