- Boat Access: Public access is located at the south east corner of the lake in Turtle lake County Park

22 Car/Trailer Parking--this is a very popular lake and the access is often full on weekends
- Fishing: Fishing is permitted from the shore in the area between the county beach and the boat ramp
Species present: Walleye, Northern Pike, Largemouth Bass, Bluegill, Crappie, Bullheads and Yellow
Perch.
**Turtle Lake has a special regulation which prohibits the harvest of largemouth bass. All bass
caught must be returned immediately to the water. The regulation is hoped to increase the
number of large bass in the lake. (as of 7/23/2007)

Turtle Lake contains Eurasian water milfoil. Remove all visible plant material from your boat, trailer and other boating equipment before leaving the lake. (confirmed in 2000)
