Lake Owasso is a beautiful site. There are a lot of people out enjoying the lake....walking, ice fishing, cross country skiing..etc. It is fun to see the lake alive with people again...it has been awhile. We love the lake as much in the winter as we do in the summer.
I have talked to many lakehore homeowners that are wondering when the best time it would be to put their home on the market. I am encouraging sellers to put their homes on in February instead of March to take advantage of the tax credit. A buyer needs to be in a purchase agreement by April 30th and close by July 31st. Many lakeshore buyers may have a home they need to sell and they would need time to market and sell their home.
I am very excited about the new home going up a few doors north of me. Summit Design is the builder and they are doing an awesome job. The home will be on the Spring Parade (at the end of Feb). I hope you will stop by to meet me and see their work.
